Hi all! It has been a wild year, with lots going on, of course. I’m writing today to tell you about the new book I contributed to, Plant-based Sports Nutrition. This is an update to the 2006 book Vegetarian Sports Nutrition, also by Enette Larson-Meyer, PhD, RD. If you’ve seen one of my lectures you know it’s the book I recommend for athletes…so you can imagine how excited I am to be a part of the new edition! It’s now available where books are sold.
