awesome job matt, from team godwit (the 2x mixed vegan team). those headwinds were brutal.
Congratulations! Much of the solo field was decimated by the headwinds, and a good number of the DNF's were 508 vets. So, my helmet is off to you!Are you going to write up your 508 meal plan? My wife is a raw vegan and she keeps telling me that an ultra event can be completely fueled by whole plant foods. I believe her, BUT… Anyway, it'd be great to read your perspective.
